Pay: £12.50 per hour + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000+)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends or evenings)

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs and recommending the right products or services.
  • Re-engage previous customers, maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to share strategies and drive team success.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to develop your communication and sales skills.
