**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Coach to join our team in Blackburn. In this role, you will empower and develop our sales team, providing them with the skills and strategies they need to drive results. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for coaching, sales, and performance improvement, who can inspire confidence and maximise the potential of each team member.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Training**: Design and deliver effective sales training programmes to enhance the skills, techniques, and product knowledge of our sales team.
- **Coaching & Mentorship**: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions, identifying individual strengths and areas for improvement to foster continuous growth.
- **Performance Analysis**: Regularly assess team and individual performance metrics, offering targeted feedback to boost success rates and sales figures.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Work closely with sales leadership to design strategies that align with business objectives and support team development.
- **Goal Setting**: Assist team members in setting achievable sales goals, and develop action plans to help them reach targets.
- **Role-Playing & Practice**: Conduct role-play scenarios to simulate sales calls and refine communication and objection-handling skills.
- **Motivation & Engagement**: Encourage a positive and competitive sales culture, motivating the team to strive for excellence and celebrate achievements.

**Day-to-Day Tasks**
- Conduct individual and group training sessions with the sales team.
- Monitor calls, meetings, and interactions, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Review sales targets and metrics, collaborating with team members to create improvement plans.
- Research and introduce new sales techniques, tools, and industry insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for senior management.

**Skills and Experience**
- **Experience**: At least 2 years in a sales or sales coaching role, with a proven track record of improving sales performance.
- **Sales Knowledge**: Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- **Coaching Ability**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable feedback.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Driven by results, with a focus on helping team members achieve individual and collective targets.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible in coaching style to accommodate different learning needs and personalities.
- **Organisation Skills**: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple coaching sessions and training programmes.
