Overview:
We're hiring experienced B2B outbound call centre agents to join our Norwich team. You'll speak with business decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book appointments that our clients' sales teams can convert.
What you'll do
- Make professional outbound calls to UK businesses.
- Hold confident conversations with senior contacts to qualify needs and interest.
- Record accurate notes and outcomes in the CRM and follow agreed call flows.
- Hit daily activity targets (DMCs, conversations, qualified leads/appointments).
- Maintain high compliance standards (GDPR, CTPS/TPS, call recording protocols).
- Work closely with team leaders to improve results through coaching and feedback.
What you'll need
- Proven call centre experience.
- Strong phone manner, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Clear, professional written communication for follow-ups and notes.
- Comfortable working to targets and using CRM/dialler tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and positive team player.
