Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated B2B Lead Generation Agent to join our Norwich office, supporting a leading electronics company. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. The main focus of the role is outbound calling to nurture high-quality leads and engage with senior executive decision makers, supporting our client's Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and build relationships with senior executive decision makers to nurture leads for the Sales team
  • Utilise multiple communication channels to engage prospects effectively
  • Negotiate and influence at a senior level to progress leads
  • Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and pipeline management
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations to suit the prospect

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Experience negotiating and influencing senior-level contacts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident engaging with executive decision makers and building rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a professional, office-based team environment
