About The Opportunity: As a
Business Development Executive
, you will play a key role in expanding the company's reach across the UK.

Your role will focus on promoting
Matador's range of cable products
— including
power cables, control cables, and instrumentation cables
— to clients within the
construction, oil & gas, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and convert new clients and industries across the UK
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through relationship building
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share
  • Work closely with the head office to align on pricing, delivery, and product specifications
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and suggest product positioning ideas
  • Excellent communication skills at all level.
