Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and IT proficiency. The role will be essential in assisting Solicitors with key administrative tasks as part of the legal conveyancing process. Full training will be provided on all systems and processes.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Setting up cases in Cloud based case management system
- arranging onboarding documents to be sent to clients and customers
- dealing with post completion formalities
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
