Qualifications & Skills
- GCSEs/A Levels required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Excellent Customer Service essential
- Computer skills essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Friendly outgoing personality, with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask during busy periods.
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Sales experience preferable
- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred
Responsibilities & Duties
Administration duties – For Holiday Lettings, Sales and Long-term rentals
This will include preparing paper work for all properties, advertising these on the appropriate mediums and keeping all records up to date. Taking bookings for holiday lets, adding these to our system and taking payments.
General everyday duties will include scheduling property checks/inspections, preparing for arrivals, checking daily cleaning and filing.
Communication
Good telephone skills are essential when communicating with guests, tenants and owners. Within the office it is extremely important you can communicate to all levels, ensuring a professional manner is always maintained.
Organisation Skills
You will be required to organise any maintenance issues which may arise within a property, while maintaining good communication with owners, guests/tenants and tradesmen.
Organising cleaners for our managed holiday lets.
Time Management is very important, prioritising your tasks while working in a busy office is essential.
Team Work
While being able to work independently within our small office is important, it is also essential that you can work as part of our team.
