The Role

This is a dynamic and varied position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in property. You will be involved in sales, lettings, negotiation, client management, and the overall end-to-end lettings process, giving you broad exposure and real growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings, providing a professional and welcoming experience for applicants.
  • Handle sales and lettings negotiations, ensuring the best outcomes for clients and applicants.
  • Manage the full lettings process, including referencing, tenancy agreements, move-ins, and property handovers.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants.
  • Support marketing activities including property listings, photography coordination, and online updates.
  • Provide high-quality customer service in-person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Keep software and CRM systems updated with accurate information.
  • Assist with general office tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the business.
