We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our fast-growing, award-winning company.

The role will be at either entry level with full and ongoing training provided or for those already with some industry experience. Training will be on a 1:1 basis, including practical and paper-based learning, plus a fast-track program to complete a Level 3 Award in Letting and Property Management.

The ideal candidate will need to be organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated. The individual will need to have basic computer skills including an understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & every other Saturday 08.30am to 1.00pm.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator

Property marketing

Conducting viewings

Setting up new tenancies

Referencing new tenants

Arranging repairs and maintenance

Property inspections

Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors

Arranging safety inspections and ensuing properties remain compliant

Dealing with emails and phone calls

Generating new leads

Contributing towards growing the company

Providing an excellent customer experience

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Negotiator

Able to generate new business in a target driven environment

Outstanding customer service experience

Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

A Full UK driving license
