The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our friendly Towcester team.

You'll be at the heart of our lettings operation, ensuring landlords and tenants get an exceptional experience every time. No two days are the same – you'll be inspecting properties, liaising with landlords, coordinating maintenance, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Day to day you can expect to be:

  • Carrying out property inspections and producing detailed reports
  • Managing landlord and tenant communications
  • Arranging and overseeing property maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with gas, electric, and safety regulations
  • Completing inventories and final inspections
  • Handling enquiries and registering applicants
  • Conducting property viewings

This is a varied role requiring excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. You'll be supported by our Lettings Manager and become the main point of contact for our managed landlords.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Property Management
  • Financial and administrative skills, with confidence using property management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of MS Office (ALTO software is a bonus)
  • Organised, proactive, and accurate – with a "can-do" attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Team player, but able to work independently when needed
  • Flexible to work alternate Saturdays
