About the Role: As a Lettings Administrator/Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our lettings operations. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Full Time 5 Days per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Every Saturday: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturdays 9am - 4pm) Office Based at Glendon Lodge Farm, Kettering, NN14 1QF but also may also be based at our other office in Burton Latimer from time to time
About the Role: As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our estate agency operations. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Utilise Alto Vebra to maintain accurate landlord and tenant details and property records.
Property Viewings & Inspections - Carry out viewings on new listings with Tenants and propose the best offers to landords while also ensuring properties have been kept to standard and well maintained for our fully managed stock.
Diary Management: Coordinate and organise appointments for property viewings and valuations for our agents Property Listings: Prepare property details and launch new listings online across various platforms and social media.
Administrative Support: Handle telephone calls in a professional manner, manage emails, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Client Engagement: Provide excellent customer service to clients and support the sales team as needed. What We're Looking For: Professional Telephone Manner: Clear, polite, and customer-focused communication.
Attention to Detail: Ensure property details and listings are accurate and appealing.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems (ideally Alto Vebra) and proficiency in using Apple Mac Systems Organisational Skills: Ability to manage diaries and prioritise tasks efficiently.
