Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Complaints & Feedback Case Officer to join our team in Knowsley. You will be working on a part time, permanent basis, working 20 hours per week, working 4 hours a day Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am & 5pm. You will receive a salary of £27,185 pro rata per annum Plus benefits

Responsibilities for this Complaints & Feedback Case Officer will include:
- First and main point of contact for tenants and customers in relation to
- complaints & compliments
- Ensure effective communication
- Focus on resolution of complaints within given timescales
- Ensuring complaints are acknowledged and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process
- Provide regular, accurate and timely reports
- Ensure all customer feedback is collated and that intelligent analytical approach is adopted
What we are looking for in our ideal Complaints & Feedback Case Officer:
GCSEs/ equivalent in Maths & English, served a recognised apprenticeship/ appropriate trade qualification. Evidence of Continual Professional Development in Customer Services. Recognised housing qualification & knowledge of relevant housing legislation (Desirable).
