SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Sales & Lettings Agency

Location: Andover, SP10

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a great opportunity for a Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator with previous experience in Estate Agency and who can hit the ground running, to work for a highly respected local brand in the Andover area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling and/or renting residential property.

You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and several busy offices in and around the Andover area.

Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Previous experience as Sales and/or Lettings NegotiatorHigh level of customer service skillsGood telephone manner and positive attitudeWell presented, ambitious and self-motivatedKnowledge of Andover and the surrounding area helpfulFull Driving License essential and own car essentialThoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
