Location: Andover, SP10

Salary: OTE £32k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A long-established, forward thinking Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for a conscientious Lettings Negotiator who wants to forge ahead in their career in the Lettings industry within a

highly professional, local estate agent based in Andover.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence, then this could be the position for you.

You will need to have experience in residential lettings and ideally come from a sales / customer service background.

Familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous residential lettings experience essential
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Andover and surrounding area helpful
  • Full UK Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
