Human Resources Manager
Finn Lough, County Fermanagh
At Finn Lough we believe work should feel meaningful. It should feel connected. It should feel like you are part of something that matters. We are a place that has been built slowly and with intention, shaped by people who care about nature, community and the experience we give to every guest. We are not perfect but we try to do things the right way and we try to do them with heart.
We are now recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join our Leadership Team at a time when the organisation is growing and evolving. This is a senior role for someone who sees culture as a living thing and understands that great hospitality comes from people who feel supported, respected and inspired. It is for someone who wants to help shape an organisation that values craft and kindness and who is ready to play a part in guiding a team that wants to look after each other as well as our guests.
You will be the person who helps us find great people, develop them and give them the environment they need to thrive. You will help uphold the standards we believe in and support the steady work of building a workplace where people feel proud to belong.
Key Responsibilities
Shaping a people centred strategy
Develop and deliver an HR strategy that supports our vision, our values and our long term ambitions. Strengthen Finn Lough's reputation as a thoughtful and caring employer within the hospitality sector.
Building and supporting the team
Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding across all areas of the property including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and wellness. Create an experience that helps every new team member feel welcome and well prepared.
Encouraging growth and progression
Lead performance management, coaching and development to build a capable and confident workforce. Support succession planning that helps people grow within the organisation. Create learning and development programmes that help individuals strengthen both their skills and their character.
Nurturing culture and community
Guide employee engagement, recognition and retention efforts that create a positive working environment. Support the wellbeing of those living on site and help ensure staff accommodation is managed fairly and respectfully.
Upholding fairness and good practice
Ensure compliance with Irish and Northern Irish employment law and modern HR standards including reward and benefits, labour relations, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing. Work closely with directors and department heads as a trusted advisor.
Supporting continuous improvement
Monitor and report on HR metrics including turnover, engagement and training. Use insights to guide decisions and improve the staff experience. Represent Finn Lough's values and employer brand in all interactions both inside and outside the business.

- Proven senior HR leadership experience within a hospitality setting, ideally a hotel or resort
