Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Omagh for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for Dealers, Customers, developing and delivering product information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales and engineering teams, understanding customer needs, preparing sales proposals, managing customer relationships.

Suitable for a typical design engineer who fancies a change to more of a dealer and customer facing role to learn the Commercial aspects within a technical aspect.

Qualifications

  • Design Engineer or equivalent
  • Sales Support skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in the materials handling industry is a plus
