Transaction Leadership

• Drive investment sales and purchases across multiple property sectors

• Manage intricate commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion

• Develop strategic asset management solutions for high-profile clients

• Navigate complex landlord and tenant matters with exceptional skill
 
Client Relationship Mastery

• Build and nurture relationships with private equity funds and institutional clients

• Provide strategic, commercially-focused legal advice

• Represent the firm at high-level industry networking events

• Translate complex legal challenges into clear, actionable solutions
 
Team and Professional Growth

• Mentor junior lawyers, supporting their professional development

Professional Credentials

• 4-7 years PQE in commercial real estate law

• Proven track record of managing complex property transactions

• Current practising certificate
