The Role

We are expanding our
Off-Plan and Secondary Market Teams
and are looking for
experienced, motivated, and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agents
to join our growing brokerage In Business Bay Dubai.
( Relocation to Dubai would be needed)

As part of H2O Real Estate, you'll be backed by a powerful brand, an experienced management team, and access to exclusive listings and developer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultation.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads for both off-plan and ready property sales.Re
  • Negotiate deals, close transactions, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on Dubai market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Maintain listings and marketing materials across portals and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to maximize lead generation.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2–3 years' experience
    in Dubai Real Estate (Off-plan and/or Secondary).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • RERA Certification (or willing to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).
