Real Estate Marketing Executive

About The Role

As a
Real Estate Marketing Executive
at Hyde Real Estate, you will:

· Manage and optimise
Zoopla Pro
and
Rightmove Plus
listings, ensuring accuracy and maximising visibility.

· Refresh and create compelling property listings with engaging descriptions, high-quality imagery, and tailored content.

· Oversee and deliver
Meta marketing campaigns
, balancing lead generation targets with budget management.

· Take ownership of the company's
social media presence
—creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

· Analyse campaign performance and portal data, reporting back with insights and recommendations for improvement.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced
– Proven background in property / real estate marketing, ideally with hands-on use of Zoopla Pro and Rightmove Plus.

Creative & detail-oriented
– Able to produce high-quality content that makes properties stand out.

Organised & proactive
– Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Digitally savvy
– Confident running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) and analysing results.

Team-oriented
– A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with sales and leadership teams.
