Real Estate Senior Associate

The role
Our national housebuilder team is seeking a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to work with our varied and dynamic clients as they help deliver the Government's ambitious new housing targets. The successful candidate will, as part of an experienced team of specialist lawyers, work with FTSE-listed household names as well as other national and regional developers. They will have the opportunity to finesse their technical skills and commercial awareness in a role that will require them to lead transactions, particularly immediate land acquisitions and strategic options. They will help manage, nurture and develop the skills of junior colleagues whilst helping senior colleagues to manage key client relationships.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working with housebuilders, ideally PLC household names, in acquiring sites for development. They will be adept at supervising junior colleagues, will work collaboratively with colleagues across the national team and will have excellent attention to detail. They will enthusiastically participate in helping us nurture and grow our client relationships through day to day engagement with clients, helping senior colleagues run such relationships and representing the firm at events and leading business development initiatives.
You will be supporting both local colleagues and the wider national team and we will provide you with every opportunity to develop your career to the next level and beyond.
