With growth on their mind, there's been no stopping them in recent years

The Position:

As an Event Director, you will have direct line management of a sales team, whilst marketing and ops will report to you, they won't be directly managed by you. This is a senior role within the business and portfolio. So, line management is crucial, as well as strategic direction, generating revenue yourself and leading the team.

We know 'Event Director' is different from business to business, and for this one, it's for someone with a Sales background.

You'll be working alongside the Portfolio Director and other senior members to drive new business forward, overcome challenges and create fresh ideas. We're looking for someone to bring something different to the team.

Someone who has a strategic vision, can collaborate with other Directors, bring together a sound strategy to drive revenue, showcase outstanding exhibitions and lead the their sales team.

Someone who knows what it takes to work across the entire Events spectrum, bring people together and move forward.

We want someone creative, ambitious, driven and a winner.

This role is hybrid, 3 days in London – this is must and you must be comfortable with making the commute.

We have several Event Director positions available with our clients, one within Healthcare, another within D2C, this one in particular, is with Veterinary Healthcare.

About you:

  • Team Management experience with Events
  • Ability to generate revenue and ok to continue this within the role
  • Strategic, Commercial and Driven
  • Be different, we're not looking for another Sales Manager
  • Comfortable with the travel
