operational insights and strategies.
• Collaborate with the commercial and business development teams to ensure operational
feasibility and excellence in bid proposals.
• Represent the business in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and partners, showcasing
operational expertise and credibility.
• Identify emerging trends in the event management industry, leveraging insights to
maintain our competitive edge.
• Integrate innovative technologies and practices to enhance event delivery and audience
experiences.
• Build, lead, and inspire a world-class team of event operations professionals who can
deliver across diverse project scales and formats.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability within the team.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of senior-level experience in event operations, preferably in sports,
entertainment, or large-scale public events.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment.
• Strong background in event planning, logistics, and execution at a global level.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement innovative practices in event
management.
• Ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals and industry trends.
• Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders, manage client relationships, and
represent the company at a senior level.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field;
advanced certifications in event operations are a plus.
Must be willing to travel globally and preferably live in London.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive package of benefits, including health insurance, a wellbeing allowance,
a generous pension contribution, and opportunities for professional development. As a global
leader in sports and entertainment, we provide a dynamic and inclusive work environment that
fosters growth and innovation.
