industries. Building on a world class reputation, and recent international success in London and

Los Angles, we have established an international office in London to develop and execute world-

class experiences in sports and entertainment outside of the Middle East.

We are looking to build a global portfolio of sports and entertainment projects, delivering commercial, operational and creative consultancy and services. The ambition is to execute a growth strategy that will see us establish itself as a market leader in the sector.

The Event Managing Director will report directly to the CEO and hold full P&L responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of a flagship event.

The role will involve managing a multidisciplinary team, coordinating across multiple locations, and delivering an exceptional experience that meets organizational goals.

This is a leadership role requiring exceptional project management, operational expertise, commercial understanding and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure the event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications:


• Experience: 10+ years of senior project management experience, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or major events industry. Must have a strong Football background.


• Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders in high pressure environments.


• Project Management: Exceptional skills in planning, execution, and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Financial Expertise: Strong budget management skills, with experience in P&L accountability and cost optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, media partners, and government agencies.


• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local and international regulations related to event management, including permits, safety, and insurance.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of audiences.

Must be willing to travel.
