We are currently looking for a passionate **Assistant Director of Event Sales**, to join our **Event Sales** **Department** on a **permanent** basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As an **Assistant Director of Event Sales**, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- Management experience - in at least Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager role
- Strong experience in reactive sales - both in Group room and Event revenue
- Maximise and monitor group rooms and banqueting space with the Group Selling Guidelines
- Monitor booking pace and improve booking conversion rate
- Liaise closely with the Revenue Manager for Yield strategies, rates and bookings
- Assist the Director in managing and developing the Event Sales team
