Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lincolnshire

Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights

Salary: £54,000 + Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Training & Development

You know how to keep things running when the pressure is on. From reactive breakdowns to preventive maintenance, you're someone who thrives in an FMCG setting and takes pride in providing solutions.

This is a role for a multi skilled maintenance engineer who is confident working across electrical and mechanical systems, ideally with experience in PLC fault-finding. Youll support a 24/7 operation, responding quickly and resolving issues promptly the first time.

The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role:

  • Fault-finding, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance
  • Working with high-speed production and packaging machinery
  • Logging work and ensuring audit-ready documentation
  • Complying with food safety and H&S standards
  • Supporting improvements in reliability and operational efficiency

The Successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering
  • Electrical qualification (18th Edition ideal)
  • FMCG or manufacturing experience essential
  • PLC fault analysis experience (preferred)
  • IOSH qualified or willing to complete
  • Commutable to Lincolnshire
