Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team. The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Duties

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in a timely manner, providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve product reliability and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance service offerings.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for travel to client locations.
