Commission: 30%

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in London. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends to support clients effectively. The role requires both interpersonal and organizational skills to deliver a high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales
  • Experience with Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with the London real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
