Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at The Agency UK. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties by providing expert advice, conducting property tours, marketing listings, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, maintaining current market knowledge, and ensuring a seamless property transaction process. The role offers the opportunity to build a personal brand, leverage extensive network support, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required
  • Proficiency and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Effective Sales skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and result-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the local property market is a plus
