Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the property market and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes while providing expert advice and support. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, effective communication, and excellent organisational skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive market analysis and advice.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present offers on behalf of clients, negotiating terms to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on local property market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Utilise various marketing strategies to promote listings through social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising methods.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
  • A valid real estate licence or willingness to obtain one is essential.
