Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of tenant/landlord information and property details.
- Handle all phone calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely responses to tenant requests.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for property management activities.
- Support the leasing team by scheduling viewings and managing tenant applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Focus or similar property management software is desirable, but training will be given.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
