The Role:

To assist the Purchasing Department by taking on Admin responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

· Matching invoices to Delivery notes, dealing with any queries and liaising with other departments to solve any issues.

· Arranging and monitoring incoming deliveries across multiple locations, maintaining smooth communication between different warehouses and hauliers.

· Creating and monitoring purchase orders.

. Maintaining input in several reports tracking goods in and invoicing.

. Tracking supplier rebates and following up overdue credit notes.

· To liaise with the sales team regarding stock shortages and incoming deliveries.

· Assisting the Purchasing department when needed.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our small purchasing department; the ideal candidate should be/have:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Experience and knowledge of Excel, an understanding of V-Look ups and Pivot Tables.

· Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management

· Ability to multitask

– Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) (35 hours)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,500.00 per year
