**Role Purpose**:
To ensure efficient and compliant operation of general business processes, and provide great service and communication to customers while meeting their needs promptly. You will provide general clerical, financial and administrative support to the management team
**Key Responsibilities and Deliverables**:
- Provide excellent service to customers, with quick communication and good-quality responses to all contacts
- Complete regular admin tasks promptly and accurately
- Provide support to the finance team with sales and purchase ledger tasks
- Help maintain good culture and team spirit throughout the team.

- Good people skills, comfortable with a wide variety of interpersonal situations
- Good written and spoken communication
- Willing to be flexible to meet customer and team member needs
- Cheerful and friendly attitude to staff and customers
- Able to plan and prioritise regular tasks and larger projects
