Solution Delivery Executive
We are Anota - a leading UK consultancy specialising in DocuWare-based workflow automation and integration solutions. We're passionate about transforming how organisations manage documents and streamline processes, empowering businesses to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Following sustained growth and continued success, we are seeking a dynamic Solution Delivery Executive to work closely with both our Project Manager and Channel Partner Manager. This is a pivotal, hands-on position, supporting the seamless delivery of client and partner projects from initiation through to completion, while contributing to client success and partner enablement.
If you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn the full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementation - this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. You'll play a key role in managing project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
IN MORE DETAIL
We are looking for a highly organised, communicative, and client-focused Solution Delivery Executive to support the implementation of our DocuWare document management and automation projects. This role carries significant client interaction and requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive resource coordination, and strong process discipline.
You'll collaborate closely with our Project & Channel Partner Managers, as well as our technical team, from project scoping and administration through to delivery, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project sign-off. You'll also contribute to ongoing client success management (CSM) by nurturing established client relationships.
Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Your ability to maintain strong communication, manage expectations, and uphold quality will be central to your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Delivery: Support end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS projects—coordinating internal and external resources, managing documentation, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and high-quality deployment.
- Process & Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to define, document, and oversee implementation requirements. Prepare detailed process documentation to guide delivery and ensure smooth handovers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between clients, technology partners, and internal teams - providing regular updates, facilitating UAT alongside technicians, and ensuring a consistently excellent client experience.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of both Vertosuite (our AP invoice automation solution) and DocuWare, providing knowledgeable guidance to clients and internal teams alike.
- Client Success Management: Manage a portfolio of established clients, identifying opportunities for enhancement, additional services, or new projects, while ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & TRAITS
- Highly organised, articulate, and professionally presented.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word).
- Proven experience in a Project Support or Junior Project Management role - ideally within software, IT, or business process automation.
- Experience with DocuWare or other document management systems (advantageous but not essential).
- Familiarity with or similar project management tools (preferred).
- Proactive, resourceful, and naturally inquisitive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Approachable, confident, and collaborative, with a professional yet personable demeanour.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent).
- Additional Administration or PM qualifications desirable but not essential.
BENEFITS
- Professional, supportive office environment in East Hull.
- Close collaboration with senior leadership in a growing innovative business.
- Opportunity to work with a diverse range clients, including household names.
- Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Onsite parking
Please note that this role may be subject to a DBS check.
