We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team. Someone with big ideas, energy, and a drive to make things happen. If you love rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and seeing your work make a difference, this role could be for you.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll be supporting our network of branches with creative and strategic marketing campaigns that retain customers, re-engage, and help branches smash their business goals.

From campaign planning and delivery to data analysis and reporting, you’ll be working across multiple channels and touchpoints, always keeping your finger on the pulse of what our branches and customers need. You’ll also have opportunities to attend branches, events and play a part in our marketing strategy across the UK. The role will be a hybrid role - working 3 days in the office in Hull and 2 days working from home.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Campaign Delivery**: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to support customer retention and drive engagement.

**Branch Marketing Support**: Provide proactive and reactive support for branch-led marketing, tailoring activity to meet individual branch goals.

**Campaign Performance**: Monitor and analyse KPIs like ROI, lapsed customer reactivation, and customer churn.

**Insight & Strategy**: Turn data and feedback into actionable marketing plans and recommendations.

**Admin & Systems**: Manage key marketing tools and systems to support campaign execution and tracking.

**Branch Visits & Events**: Travel to branches and events where needed - occasional overnight stays may be required.

**Team Player**: Support the wider marketing team with national campaigns, content planning, and anything else that helps MKM shine.

- Qlik, DashThis, Google Analytics - for reporting and insight
- Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and more - we’re big on social media
- Access to AI tools - to help you work smarter and faster

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years in a similar marketing role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance
- Experience using data to drive decisions
- Creative thinker with high attention to detail
- A natural communicator, confident working with people at all levels
- Cool under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- It’s a bonus if you’ve got a marketing qualification
