**Job Overview**:
We're seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns for our clients, effectively promoting their offerings and strengthening their brand presence.

Following the implementation of campaigns, you'll proactively analyse performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement, demonstrating a solution-focused approach to maximising results.

A key aspect of this role involves cultivating strong relationships within a dedicated client portfolio, understanding their unique marketing needs, and delivering strategic solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:Management & Strategy**:

- Create marketing plans and campaigns that are tailored to each client's specific goals and needs.
- Conduct market research to identify the latest trends and opportunities, understanding how they can benefit your assigned clients.
- Contribute to the development of our overall marketing strategy by bringing insights gained from your client interactions.

**Performance & Execution**:

- Implement marketing campaigns and track their performance, with a strong focus on demonstrating ROI and value to your clients.
- Analyse marketing data and provide clear reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to your client campaigns.

**Client Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Proactively communicate campaign updates, plans, and performance results, ensuring clear communication and addressing feedback promptly.
- Gather client feedback to inform marketing strategies and continuously improve outcomes.

**Team Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with other team members on projects and campaigns to ensure client needs are met.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools to ensure the department's strategies are effective and competitive.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of two years of experience within a marketing role, ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings.
- Excellent client communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of marketing principles and a results-oriented attitude.
