We are currently seeking a
Project Coordinator
to join a growing manufacturing company based in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with experience in a
manufacturing environment
to play a key role in supporting project delivery and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including design, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Support project managers in monitoring project performance and identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Assist in improving project processes and workflow efficiency across departments.
  • Work with design teams using
    CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
    to review drawings, support design updates, and ensure manufacturing requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a
    manufacturing or engineering environment
    (essential).
  • Familiarity with
    CAD packages such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
    (advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive approach with great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or planning is advantageous.
