We are looking for an organised, proactive and passionate Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of customer content projects, working closely with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams. We're passionate about brilliant communication, collaboration, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
About The Role
You will:

  • Support Senior Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of projects and resource coordination within delivery squads.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with creative, technical, and client teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor task progress, flag delays or blockers, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including briefs, timelines, approvals, and evaluations.
  • Prepare and share regular project updates, status reports, and meeting notes

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in project coordination or project management (ideally 1-2 years in a digital agency or similar environment).
  • Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Skilled in using project management platforms (Asana would be a strong bonus)
  • A strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, growing business where change is everyday.
  • Passionate about process and continuous improvement.
