Design Coordinator / Technical Coordinator / Manager / Design Team Leader - Facade/Cladding

The Company

My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, who also act as Principle Contractor on cladding projects.

HQ based near Potters Bar, with projects in London.

The Role
- Design Coordinator / Technical Coordinator / Design Manager

My client are currently seeking a talented and driven
Design Coordinator or Design Manager
to join their growing team, specialising in
façade projects (cladding)
across a portfolio of live projects.

This role will require someone in the office for x4 days a week, with one day working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple remediation projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Directors and manage input across 8-10 live projects.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest Building Safety Act and façade regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, external design houses, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is delivered effectively.

*Proven experience in design coordination or design management, within the façade industry is essential*
