Our high-performing temporary division works with leading names across
New Homes, Build to Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
, placing contractors into marketing suites, concierge roles, and front of house/reception positions. We're growing quickly, and need a dedicated resourcer to make sure we're delivering the best talent - fast.

What skills will you have?

We're looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused role. You'll need to be confident speaking with candidates, quick to spot great talent, and organised enough to juggle multiple roles and contractors at once.

You must have the below:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident user of job boards and LinkedIn
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A proactive, people-first attitude
  • A passion for delivering great service to both candidates and clients

What will you be doing in the role?

Your role will blend
resourcing talent
and
supporting our temps and best clients
, with tasks including:

  • Posting regular job adverts and actively sourcing candidates
  • Building a pool of immediately available talent for short-term cover
  • Having regular check-ins with contractors to ensure they're happy and supported
  • Handling any issues or queries contractors may have
  • Speaking with candidates about ad hoc and ongoing roles across London and the Home Counties
  • Keeping the team updated with new leads, availability, and candidate pipelines
  • Mapping prospective candidates and clients
  • Supporting the wider temp team with admin and compliance when needed
