They are now seeking a Resourcing Manager to help further develop their talent. What You'll Be Doing This role is based in our City of London office, with four days per week on-site and flexibility for client visits. Building Tomorrow's Tech Leaders You will support consultants after their training, helping them prepare for interviews and ensuring they are well-prepared for successful client roles. In this job, you will be a talent scout, a career coach, and a strategic planner. Creating Learning Pathways That Matter You will design quick upskilling programs tailored to the market's needs. If clients need React developers or cloud specialists, you will create the right learning path to help consultants gain those skills quickly. Sourcing & Pipeline Excellence You will build strong talent pipelines in all IT areas, from junior developers to senior leaders. You will utilise various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others. Being a Strategic Partner You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams, share market insights, and ensure that consultants are well-prepared to succeed in a competitive market.
