Six month Fixed Term Contract - Talent Acquisition Resourcer

**Description**

As Talent Acquisition Resourcer you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners to successfully execute the recruitment life cycle.
Your duties will include:

- Scheduling interviews
- Managing the Talent in-box and responding to queries
- Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System
- Reporting
- Supporting with the screening and on-boarding process

**Profile**

The successful Talent Acquisition Resourcer will ideally be Degree educated, and have at least 6 months previous experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator or Resourcing role.
If you do not have directly related experience, you must have had experience working in a professional setting undertaking administrative tasks that will have transferable skills, such as a Team Assistant or an Administrator.

**Job Offer**

The client is offering a competitive salary paying between £35,000 - £38,000, a flexible working policy which is 2/3 days a week working from the office as well as other great benefits.
