We are currently looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Manager across our UK and Europe Region to undertake an assignment spanning 6 months on an FTC basis (with potential to go permanent) that will see you taking responsibility for the management ofa small talent acquisition team driving all internal resourcing activity across the Impellam Group Brands within the UK and Europe as well as developing a proactive service focused on partnering, talent attraction, resourcing, coaching and be truly talentand pipeline led.

You will act as a partner and trusted advisor to the Brands and Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with business leaders and management teams to understand business and operational needs and priorities to ensure comprehensive, talent acquisition solutionsand strategies align to meet those needs in region. The role will create and deliver a robust recruitment service, evolve a service on one consistent framework, harnessing digital technology and develop core processes to achieve capacity goals and talent growthobjectives.

Youwill also develop and maintain strong working relationships with Impellam' operational leaders and be key in supporting operational strategy through the provision of resourcing advice and solutions.

**About You**

Proven experience of progressive talent acquisition, with significant time spent in high-growth, fast-paced organisations and experience of building a talent acquisition function in a growth environment.

Data driven and analytical approach to problem solving

Accustomed to using ATS systems and good practice of embedding technology change

Team leadership experience and management expertise

A passion for helping businesses on their growth journey

A commercial mindset for connecting with key stakeholders.

Cultural intelligence

Solid understanding of interviewing best practices, legislation and compliance related to fair recruiting practices
