**Overview**

We have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our friendly growing People team to support the Talent Acquisition Partner with the volume of vacancies within our Head office functions

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Partner, the right person would of have previous experience recruiting or previous experience working within Head office

**What you’ll be doing**
- Updating recruitment trackers ensuring accuracy
- Ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
- Liaising with HR to ensure that contracts and new starter paperwork are sent out in a timely manner
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment

**We’d love to meet someone with**
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of retail head office functions would be preferable (Buying & Merchandising, Finance, and eCommerce)
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is highly desirable
- Previous office admin experience
- Team player capable of working under pressure to deadlines.
- Organised, methodical with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
