Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate Spa Receptionist & Therapist to join our friendly, professional team. This dual role is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments while creating a warm, welcoming front-of-house experience.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver professional, high quality treatments tailored to each guest.
  • Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and spa queries.
  • Support the team in maintaining the spa.
  • Promote treatments, products, and spa experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • This role does include evenings and weekends on a rota'd basis.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent - (any additional qualification are a plus)
  • Experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in both treatments and front of house duties.
  • Friendly, professional and passionate about wellness and guest care.
  • Well-organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow within a supportive spa environment.
