About the role

We're looking for 1–2 Spa Therapists to join our part-time team in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have prior spa experience, but we also welcome applicants eager to learn, with a positive attitude, and who excel at customer service. We provide comprehensive training in line with our spa's standards, ensuring you feel confident delivering the best possible experience to our clients.

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality head spa treatments, massages, and facial cleansing tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and set up the work area following spa standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels cared for and valued.
  • Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional with a positive work attitude
  • Minimum of 1 year spa experience
  • Certification in massage or facial care is a plus
  • Good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
  • Passion for wellness and delivering excellent customer care

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £12.21-£12.30 per hour
