Flawless Feet is a busy group of private podiatry clinics with locations in Shirley park/ Croydon and Sydenham

We are looking for a special person to join our friendly, family orientated team as a part time receptionist for our Sydenham and Croydon clinics. We are looking for someone who can make sure our patients receive the best experience possible from their initial phone call to welcoming them to our clinic as well as after care, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, either on the phone or in person and first impressions count We are looking for someone who can get on with the job at hand diligently and effectively, work as part of a team and be an excellent communicator. Time management is essential as is computer literacy. You don't have to have experience of working in a clinical environment but we do like you to have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position.

We require the reception to be covered between 2 and 3 members of the team between Monday - Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, as this is a job share with other receptionists we will also require you to cover for each other for holidays etc.

Position Responsibilities

  • General reception duties; welcoming patients, booking appointments, answering questions and queries via phone and email, ensuring patients complete the necessary paperwork prior to their appointments

  • Helping to promote and sell the products and services the clinic provides

  • Process payments and insurance payments, cash handling and balancing floats

  • Managing stock levels across all clinics and ordering products and equipment as required

  • Ensuring the clinic is tidy and well looked after

  • Participate in training as part of your personal development

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Flexible working hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,350.00-£29,250.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 37.5 per week
