Sales Executive – VIP Sport & Music Hospitality

Manchester | Full-Time | £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £50K Year 1 | £75K Year 2 | £100K+ Year 3

Headline Events Ltd is one of the UK's fastest-growing VIP hospitality companies, delivering outstanding experiences at the world's biggest sport and music events.

We are expanding our Manchester office and looking for a
proven sales professional
who knows how to prospect, pitch, and close and who thrives in a performance driven environment. This is not a customer service role. This is a high energy, outbound sales position built for people who want to win.

If you have the attitude, the discipline, and the hunger to chase new business every day, you'll do exceptionally well here.

The Role

  • Sell premium VIP hospitality packages to B2B and B2C clients
  • Daily outbound prospecting with full telephone pitches
  • Build your own pipeline from scratch and convert consistently
  • Hold structured follow up calls, issue quotes, and close deals
  • Manage accounts and drive repeat business
  • Represent Headline Events at major UK and international events

This role requires confidence, control of the conversation, and the ability to build urgency.
