Job Overview
We are looking to recruit a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our team at our UK headoffice in Burgess Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium outdoor furniture to commercial and trade customers over the phone.
Closing date for applications is on the 9th January 2026. Interviews will be held in person on the 14th and 15th January 2026. Potential start date will be the 2nd February 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential customers to sell our product range
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
- Generate new business leads and manage follow-up activity
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Salary will be based on previous experience
About You
- Proven experience in sales
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Degree-level education
- Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Confident negotiator with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and results driven
- Able to work effectively in an office environment
