Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager within the Security Division of the company, preferably located in the north of the United Kingdom with flexibility to work from home and company branch locations.
The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, developing proposals, sales negotiation and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with the security, electrical and custom installation trades would be a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
