Sales Development Representative – Luxury Travel SaaS

Turn your passion for sales into a passport to the world

About Tourwriter

At Tourwriter, we believe travel is more than an itinerary — it is an art form. We have built the ultimate creative SaaS toolkit for the world's leading travel designers and tour operators, empowering them to create unforgettable journeys for discerning travellers.

We are thriving in one of the most exciting corners of the travel industry: luxury, personalised experiences. From the Amalfi Coast to the African savannah, our customers craft once-in-a-lifetime trips for high-net-worth travellers across 33 countries — and we give them the tools to do it brilliantly. This is the fastest growing segment in global travel, and we are at the heart of it.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our small but mighty sales team. This is your chance to work closely with our CEO and Sales Lead, shaping outreach strategies, identifying high-value opportunities, and fuelling the pipeline for our senior sales team to close.

You will own your territories, build relationships with some of the most creative businesses in travel, and contribute directly to the company's growth. If you have an entrepreneurial spark, love connecting with people, and want to be part of something exciting from the ground up, this is the role for you.

What you'll do

  • Spot opportunities
    – Research and identify high-potential prospects in the luxury travel industry.
  • Make connections
    – Engage in proactive outreach via email, phone, and social media, with confidence and persistence.
  • Pick up the phone
    – Be comfortable and confident making cold calls to spark conversations and open doors.
  • Refine the message
    – Work with the Sales Lead to develop personalised, impactful outreach strategies.
  • Qualify with confidence
    – Understand each lead's needs and ensure the right opportunities move forward.
  • Stay organised
    – Keep our CRM sharp, accurate, and always up to date.
  • Stay ahead of the curve
    – Keep an eye on travel trends, market shifts, and fresh opportunities.
  • Experiment and improve
    – Test new approaches and share your ideas to help us grow.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of SDR/BDR experience (SaaS background a plus, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills — able to build rapport quickly and professionally.
  • Comfortable and confident making cold calls and speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Curious and analytical mindset — you enjoy using data to fine-tune performance.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude — you like solving problems and making things happen.
  • A true team player — you want to collaborate, share, and be part of a supportive culture.
  • Bonus: knowledge of or passion for the travel industry.

Why you'll love working here

  • Competitive salary + commission structure that rewards your success.
  • Opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe for work.
  • All the tech you need, plus a
    WeWork
    membership in central London.
  • Hybrid working model — spend 3 days a week in our central London office and 2 days working from home for the best balance of collaboration and flexibility.
  • Regular team socials — from escape rooms and after-work drinks to celebratory lunches, we make time to connect, have fun, and celebrate wins together.
  • Annual personal development budget to grow your skills.
  • Annual wellness allowance to keep you at your best.
  • Monthly phone contribution.
  • The chance to work in a fast-growing, innovative company where your ideas matter.

This is more than just another SDR role — it is your chance to help shape the future of luxury travel tech while developing your career in a vibrant, creative industry.
